1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Noshvanta handles information when you use our food discovery, diet preferences, meal ideas, meal planning, and progress tracking features. Noshvanta is the app operator; Base44 provides the technology used to host and run the service. This policy applies to Noshvanta, not to the independent services linked from the app.
2. Information you provide
We handle account information such as your email address, authentication information, and name or phone number if you provide them. We also store the dietary preferences, allergies, avoided ingredients, calorie goals, budget goals, and search radius you save; meal log names, calories, prices, and dates; and saved meal plans. Diet and allergy information can be sensitive health-related information. Provide only the information needed to use the features you want. Messages you send through our contact options may contain your contact details and whatever you choose to include.
3. Location information
If you choose the current-location option and grant your device permission, the app uses your coordinates to look for nearby restaurants. You can instead enter a city or ZIP code without granting device location access. Search locations or coordinates are sent to the location and restaurant-search providers needed to return results. You can revoke location permission in your browser or device settings. Noshvanta does not require background location tracking.
4. How information is used
We use information to manage sign-in and accounts, save your preferences, match food to your selected filters, find nearby options, generate requested meal suggestions and plans, track calories and spending, determine subscription access, respond to messages, and operate and protect the service. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request logs, and usage events for service operation, security, and analytics.
5. AI features
When you request AI-generated meals or plans, relevant preferences, allergies, avoided ingredients, calorie and budget targets, and your meal request are sent through Base44 to its AI service providers to generate a response. These providers process that information under their own terms and privacy policies. Avoid including information about yourself or others that is unnecessary for the request. Generated plans may be saved to your account. AI output is not medical advice or a guarantee of allergy safety.
6. Service providers, payments, and external links
Information is disclosed to providers as needed to deliver the service, including Base44 for hosting, account authentication, storage, and AI features, and mapping or location-search providers for restaurant discovery. If you use Google sign-in, Google handles authentication under its own policy. If you purchase Plus, Base44 Payments and its payment processing partners handle checkout information; Noshvanta stores purchase and subscription information such as buyer email, payment status, amount, and transaction or subscription identifiers. Noshvanta does not collect card details in its own forms. Restaurant, delivery, and other external websites have their own privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law.
7. Cookies, device storage, and security
The app and its providers use session technologies and device storage to support sign-in and remember settings such as theme, text size, and recent search location. You can clear browser storage or cookies, but doing so may sign you out or reset preferences. We use access controls to restrict saved personal records to their owners. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; protect your credentials and use a trusted device.
8. Retention and deletion
Account preferences, meal logs, and saved plans are retained to provide your account features until you remove them or request account deletion. You can request deletion in Settings → Account → Delete my account. Purchase records, provider records, backups, and security or operational logs may remain where needed for legal obligations, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, or provider retention practices; account deletion does not necessarily remove every such record immediately. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it separately with your payment provider to avoid future charges.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You can review and edit your saved preferences, remove meal logs, control location permission, and request account deletion. Where available, email preferences can be managed in Settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Use our Contact page to submit a request; we may need to verify your identity. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.
10. Children and policy updates
Noshvanta is intended for users who meet the legal-age requirements in our Terms & Conditions and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. We may update this policy as features or practices change. The date shown above identifies the latest version; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
